Our Founder & CEO
Allison Manswell is the Founder & Managing Partner of Path Forward Consulting and one of the few talent executives operating at the convergence of AI workforce transformation consulting and enterprise organizational effectiveness.
With 25+ years of Fortune 500 talent management consulting experience — including long-standing partnerships in financial services, nuclear energy, and regulated industries — Allison brings C-suite-level talent strategy to organizations navigating the integration of artificial intelligence into how people work, lead, and perform.
She is the creator of two proprietary frameworks: TaiLENT™ Management, which redefines talent strategy for the AI era, and the AI Leadership & Team Readiness Sprint™ (ALTRS), a rapid-deployment AI leadership readiness assessment that benchmarks organizational AI readiness before large-scale transformation begins.
Allison holds an AI Leadership & Cultural Adoption certification (2026), an MBA in Leadership, and the CPTD credential from the Association for Talent Development. Named a CIO Bulletin Top 50 Innovator and Innovation Excellence Award Winner, she has delivered enterprise talent strategy as a Fractional Chief Talent Officer and organizational effectiveness consulting specialist across Fortune 500 companies, Ivy League universities, federal agencies, and global organizations.
Her career spans progressive leadership in HR, organizational development consulting, and talent management. She is an international speaker who has presented across the US, Canada, the Caribbean, and Brazil.
Most importantly, Allison is the mother of three sons — scholar/athlete/entrepreneurs who have grown from her self-described “millennial roommates” into accomplished young men with thriving businesses of their own. Her hobbies include traveling for family and cultural events that celebrate food, music, and dance.
